This training will benefit those leaders who would like to create psychological safety in their workplace and prevent common issues such as compassion fatigue, vicarious trauma, high turnover, absenteeism, psychological injury, etc. Understanding the Trauma Informed approach and applying it to leadership can improve interpersonal relationships, lead to better outcomes, and foster a psychologically safe and positive environment.
