Preventing Sexual Harassment
in the Workplace
Every company is required to undertake training to 'Prevent Sexual Harassment in the Workplace'.
The Equal Opportunity Act mandates that employers take proactive measures to prevent and respond to sexual harassment in the workplace.

This plan should outline policies, procedures, and training initiatives aimed at preventing instances of sexual harassment in the workplace.

By implementing proactive measures such as training you can mitigate the risks associated with legal costs, damage to reputation, and staff low productivity and turnover.

Get to Know Us
What sets our approach apart is our team of specialists who bring expertise from backgrounds in psychology and sexology. Understanding human behaviour and motivations allows us to go beyond simple tick-box training and facilitate transformative learning experiences.

We recognise sexual harassment as a gendered violence but refrain from blaming any particular group or gender. Instead, we help participants have a contextual understanding of this issue and acknowledge that harassment can affect anyone, regardless of gender identity.

Our training initiates crucial conversations within companies and equips leadership teams with the tools to create psychological safety and appropriately respond to disclosures of harassment.

As the only training company in Australia run by psychologists and sexologists, we deliver evidence-based training that drives meaningful change.

From executive briefings on legal responsibilities to live workshops for all staff, we ensure that every member of the company is equipped with the knowledge and skills to prevent and address sexual harassment effectively.
